The Small boat gets a special surprise from League Cup winners Manchester City FC.
As Sorrelle watched Manchester City lift the League Cup on Sunday 22nd March she wasn’t to know that just 24 hours later Manchester City would be on the phone asking if they could bring the cup to her home and be interviewed about her very special book ! And so, on Friday 27th March Sorrelle experienced a very special day as did her lifelong City fan grandpa !!
All of us here at Small boat would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Manchester City Football Club for their kindness and support of our very special book. Manchester City have been a part of Sorrelle’s journey from the very start, and we are delighted that they continue to play such a supportive role. Something very special happened this Easter….. Following the launch of our Easter campaign to collect Easter eggs for the children on the cancer wards of Manchester Royal Childrens Hospital we were able to donate over 750 Easter eggs and gifts !!! We at Small boat would like to thank all of the companies who collected Easter eggs at their places of work and the many people who donated through the Amazon wish list. Please enjoy the videos on the day and we look forward to launching our Christmas campaign later in the year.
