What people are saying about the Small boat

During the life of our special book about Sorrelle’s journey it has been important to us that the book does not just generate royalty payments for the children’s cancer ward but that is also serves as a source of awareness to the realities of day-to-day life on a children’s oncology ward. The book has tried to convey with love and warmth those typical days as a family you count down the minutes of the day, those minutes being punctured by a monitor alarm, the smile of a nurse, the tear of a child, the ringing of “the end of treatment” bell. I have tried not to alarm but to gently guide the reader through what for the family in the middle of the storm can be impossible, no sight of the shore ahead, just the endless wave of emotion breaching the quiet calm exterior of the oncology ward bay.

Here we would like to share with you some of the reviews we have received and the kind words of support. I hope it encourages you to purchase your own copy of this special book enabling you to be part of this special journey and share too your experience of the book.

Thank you
